While addressing the media after participating in the anugural ceremony of Galliyat Development Authority on Wednesday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan stated that everyone needs to work together if we want the National Action Plan to be effective, reported Dunya News.
Khan added that everyone needs to be on the same page in order to make the future for the people of tribal areas safe and secure.He said that incidents of terrorism have spiked recently in Peshawar, adding that those who are responsible for such acts are the enemies of humanity.
He also said that if every Chief Minister resigns whenever a bomb blasts within his jurisdiction, then it shall be tough to appoint anyone as CM after a couple of months.
“Terrorism incidents have decreased but now there are soft targets available” he said.
While answering a question regarding the ongoing World T20, Imran Khan said that he will not provide the team with any suggestions as of now but he “will be advising the Pakistani cricket team upon reaching India.”
